Brian A. Brewer

Brian got his start in real property searching property records in the county courthouse while attending Clarion University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. in Business Administration/Management in 1983. Over the past 30 years Brewer’s experience has progressed from his start at the courthouse to title examination, credit reporting and vendor management. In 1989 in Houston, Texas he founded General American Resources and General American Title. Brewer sold the majority of GAR/GAT to Stewart Title in 1998. He continued to work with Stewart until 2005, where he was also named President of their lender services division, E-Title. Currently, Brewer is President of Momentum Title LLC where he brings the same commitment that has been displayed in the past.

Brian has one daughter, Leah, who is a professional photographer in The Woodlands, Texas.

Chad Gauntt

Mr. Gauntt began his legal career as an associate with the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. in the insurance defense litigation section. He moved his office to The Woodlands in 1993 and co-founded the law firm of Gauntt & Kruppstadt, L.L.P. in June 1998. Mr. Gauntt is the author of Exploring the Examination Under Oath Process and Recent Developments in “Bad Faith” Law, papers he has presented as the speaker for continuing education courses for Texas insurance adjusters.

Mr. Gauntt typically represents insurance companies in first party insurance matters. Mr. Gauntt’s practice areas also include third party insurance defense litigation, personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, consumer protection, medical malpractice, and aviation accidents. Mr. Gauntt is an instrument and multi-engine rated private pilot. Mr. Gauntt is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, The Woodlands Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and Cornerstone Church in The Woodlands. Mr. Gauntt also serves on the Board of Directors for The Woodlands Bar Association.

Geoff Binney

Mr. Binney’s civil practice includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants and covers a wide variety of commercial and personal injury litigation matters, including contract disputes, wrongful termination, Qui Tam lawsuits, automobile accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic construction-related accidents, sexual assaults, premises liability, wrongful death, and litigation stemming from the purchase/sale of residential properties. Mr. Binney also represents a number of first and third party insurance defense clients.

After graduation from West Point, Mr, Binney served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army, after which he served in the FBI for eight years. As an FBI Special Agent, Mr. Binney initiated and led Operation Candyman, one of law enforcements larges investigations into online child pornography, resulting in over 100 convictions and the identification of dozens of victims, In that regard, he appeared on several local new stations, Wired Magazine and on Fox News, The O’Reilly Factor, As a Supervisory Special Agent, Mr. Binney created and staffed the Houston Area Cyber-Crime Task Force, supervised the computer forensic examination efforts of all Houston-FBI investigations including the Enron and Arthur Anderson investigations. He also oversaw all cyber-crime related invitations, including computer intrusions, online crimes against children, fraud, cyber-terrorism, and theft of intellectual property.

Mr. Binney is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, American Bar Association (Litigation Section), The Houston Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, The Woodlands Bar Association, and the West Point Society of Greater Houston. He is licensed to practice law in Texas as well as federal court in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Mr. Binney is actively involved in The Woodlands youth sports programs and is a board member of the South County Football League.

Lecia has been in the title industry for over 20 years and has been with Momentum since March, 2013. As an Escrow Officer, she has the pleasure of assisting almost every kind of Texas real estate transaction, including, residential re-sale, refinance, builder and REO/foreclosure re-sales. Her pleasure and passion is to assist people in achieving their dream of homeownership.

Her husband Tim and she have been married for 20 years. They have two beautiful daughters, one who now attends UTSA as a freshmen and the other a junior in high school where both are active in many school programs and sports. They are the joy of their lives. As a family, they love to re-charge while floating the Frio River with family and friends each year.

Craig has been with Momentum since January, 2014, and has been in the title industry for over 25 years in all aspects of title including Customer Service, Abstracting and Examining, Escrow, and as a Title Officer. He was born in California and lived there for 42 years, now in Texas with his wife Christy. They have three wonderful children, Trent, Chloe and Logan. He enjoys playing hockey, mountain biking and watching his two youngest do Tae Kwon Do, both of whom are black belts.

Crystal has been with Momentum Title since April 2016.  Crystal began her real estate career in home sales with a major builder.  In 2011, Crystal decided to transition to the title company industry and has predominately worked on the escrow side of the business.

Crystal is married and she and her husband enjoy jogging, playing tennis and relaxing at home.

Dayna has been in the title and escrow industry since 2000.  Dayna has worked in all aspects of the title business including, operations, relocation, refinance, FSBO, cash and resale transactions.  Although Dayna has worked in all aspects of the title company, she enjoys Post Closing, where she is able to take the file all the way to the final policy.

Dayna has two daughters, Taylor, a sophomore at SHSU, studying nursing and public health and Allie is going into 6th grade a Schultz Jr High in Waller, Texas.

Dayna enjoys spending time with family and friends on Lake Conroe.  She also enjoys baking and creating desserts.
